Return policy

    We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Which is why we offer free returns on all items. Simply post the item back within 30 days and we will give you a full refund or exchange on the purchase price of your item. We always try to be extremely fair and will work with you to achieve a solution. Bottom line, we want you happy.

    Items that are eligible for return

    All items purchased from Classico are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase, with the exception of the following:

    • Final sale items
    • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
    • Items that have been personalized or customized
    • Items that are perishable or have a limited shelf life

    Time frame for returning items

    Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Returns that are received after 30 days will not be accepted.

    Conditions under which items can be returned

    Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new and unused condition. Or damaged will not be accepted.

    Process for returning items

    To return an item, please follow these steps:

    1. Contact us for a return authorization number.
    2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
    3. Include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.
    4. Write the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
    5. Ship the package to the following address:

    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exchanges

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Process for receiving a refund or exchange

    Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to make sure that it meets our return policy requirements. If the item is approved for return, you will receive a refund to your original form of payment within 5 business days.

    If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please let us know when you contact us for a return authorization number. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
