    We take pride in the manufacture of our wine racks and we will do all we can to ensure your purchase is delivered to you on time. All our products are packaged for safe transit.

    Delivery Guide

    All of our wine racks are assembled by hand in and shipped with a range of couriers and freight trucking companies to reach you in New Zealand. All delivery charges are included in the postage rates available at checkout. On the individual product detail page, you will see the estimated shipping time for each product. You can also use the "Ships From" filter in each product category page to select our warehouse.

    Order processing time

    We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

    Order delivery time

    We ship using New Zealand Post Standard Courier. Orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days of being shipped. However, please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the time of year.

    Order cutoff time

    Our order cutoff time is 12:00 PM NZT. Orders placed after 4:00 PM NZT will be processed the next business day.

    Order restrictions

    We do not ship the following products:

    • Dangerous products, such as weapons, explosives, and flammable materials
    • Inappropriate content, such as pornography and hate speech
    • Counterfeit or pirated goods
    • Live animals
    • Perishable items

    Returns policy

    We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To return an item, please contact us for a return authorization number. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new and unused condition.

    Customers are not responsible for the cost of return shipping. Free Returns.

    We offer refunds to the original form of payment. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
